Why advertise 5:00PM for gates to open, which weren't opened until after 5:30, but then not let you take your seat? Got a Diet Pepsi and was held for a ransom of $5.50. Then they prohibited me from taking my seat until after 6:00ish. Started up 'those stairs' and security was on me like a fat kid on a chocolate cupcake. And are all the people in Virginia nasty & rude or just those specifically targeted for employment at Jiffy Lube Live? When asked how to get to my lawn seat, the attendant said 'take those stairs' as she pointed to the left. That way the venue can sell overpriced food on the inside. Made some throw it away since the trek back to the car on the parking lot is a worse alternative. Folks with bags of food were told to 'read the ticket' which clearly states 'NO FOOD'. They say the doors open at 5:00 but not really until 5:40ish.
This is by far the most disorganized, poorly managed, worst venue I've ever attended for a concert event.
